Of course, we have two options available:

• Neon lights with an acrylic base to allow for stand up signs
• Neon lights in a clear acrylic box

Dekor Klub signs are mounted on an acrylic backboard. Our team will select the best backboard option based on the design you’ve chosen. Please let us know if you have a preference and, where possible, we will assist. The most common options for backboards are cut to text, cut to shape or a square/rectangle shape.

Because Dekor Klub signs are handmade there are sometimes small marks on the acrylic or glue marks where the tube holding flexible LED has been attached to the acrylic. In the rare instance that the marks are evident they are always minor and not visible when the sign is turned on.

If you have more complex needs, like a very rich in details company or business logo or graphics, we are here for you with a combination of UV printing and lightweight LED neon.

LED neon flex signs can be up to 10x more energy efficient than the same sign made from glass neon tubes. As a result it works for 50000 hours, 5 times more than the traditional neon. LED neon signs have lower electricity costs and greater safety. Finally, LED neon signs do not contain neon gas, mercury or any other harmful chemicals that can make recycling difficult. We can now offer wooden backboards also instead of acrylic.

Our products are made in Hungary, onsite in Budapest.

Our signs come with an acrylic backboard. You can choose from a variety of options when it comes to this backboard (sometimes the design will determine what backboard is required). The backboard can be cut around the shape so it is contoured and nearly invisible or it can be cut in a desired shape. The backboard color can be clear, black, solid color or UV printed with an image.

You can personally pick up your order at our site, or also at the Vinyl & Wood store in Budapest. We use a fix 3500HUF/10EUR price for delivery in Budapest and for any other spot in the country we use an individual fee dependent on private arrangement. You can also choose a delivery company after checking out with your order, see their prices there. For orders in the European Union we are working with DHL and have different solutions and prices for all the members dependent on the attributes of your order. Dekor Klub signs are handmade so there is plenty of production time on each order. 4weeks is the maximum turnaround time and most of the customers receive their Dekor Klub order within 2-3 weeks.

Please contact us at hello@dekorklub.hu to let us know which products you wish to return and why, attaching a short video of your sign as well as photos. Please note that we require both a video and photos for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are not able to provide both a video and photos of the problem then our ability to examine your issue will be limited. Once we have received all of the required information we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If a return has been agreed please note that you must return the faulty product in its original condition with all of its original packaging.

If a return has been agreed the faulty item must be returned for inspection by Dekor Klub within 14 days of when you received the product. After inspecting your case, we will immediatily fulfill your replacement or refund.
